THIS TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between Protego Supply, LLC (“Protego,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the user or client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”), whether acting individually or on behalf of an organization, regarding access and use of the Protego Supply website, online forms, and related digital services (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.
1. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, the Site and all associated content—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—are owned or licensed by Protego Supply and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed for commercial use without our express written permission.
2. Ownership of Materials
All product images, marketing content, and documentation provided by Protego remain the property of Protego Supply. Any materials submitted to Protego by the Client (e.g., custom logos or specifications for orders) are the sole responsibility of the Client, who warrants they have the rights to use such materials.

By using the Site, you represent that:

5. Orders, Returns & Refunds
All quotes and orders are subject to availability and verification. Custom or special-order items may be non-refundable. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Return Policy.
6. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in that policy.
7. Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided on an “as-is” basis. Protego Supply makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Site or products listed.
8. Limitation of Liability
Protego Supply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to discontinue use.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky.
10. Modifications
Protego Supply reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updates will be posted with a “Last Modified” date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
