Return Policy

At Protego Supply, our goal is to ensure that you receive the right gear, on time, and in the best condition possible. We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary, and this policy outlines how we handle them.

 

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

 

  • Standard Products: Most unopened and unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Custom or Special Orders: Customized products, engraved items, or special-order gear are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Apparel & Uniforms: Clothing and uniforms must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached.

 

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

 

For safety and compliance reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

 

  • Body armor, ballistic vests, or protective gear once opened.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

 

 

3. Damaged or Defective Products

 

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

 

 

4. Return Process

 

  1. Request Authorization: Contact our support team at support@protegosupply.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide return shipping instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  3. Ship the Item: Package the product securely. The RAN must be clearly marked on the package.

  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the return, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

 

5. Return Shipping Costs

 

  • Returns due to Protego Supply error (wrong item, defective product): We cover the return shipping cost.

  • Returns for any other reason: Customer is responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

 

6. Exchanges

 

Exchanges are processed as a return plus a new order. Once your return is received and approved, we will issue store credit or process the replacement item.
