  • Custom or Special Orders: Lead times vary depending on manufacturer production schedules. We will provide estimated delivery times at the point of order.

  • Emergency Orders: For urgent requests, please contact support@protegosupply.com. Rush processing and expedited shipping may be available.

 

 

2. Shipping Methods

 

We offer several shipping options based on order size and destination:

 

  • Standard Ground Shipping

  • Expedited 2-Day and Overnight Options

  • Freight for bulk/agency orders

 

Protego Supply reserves the right to select the most secure and efficient carrier for your order.

 

 

3. Shipping Rates

 

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Bulk and department/agency orders may qualify for negotiated or flat-rate shipping.

  • Free shipping promotions apply only where indicated and cannot be combined with agency pricing unless otherwise stated.

 

 

4. Delivery Estimates

 

  • Standard Ground: 3–7 business days (within the continental U.S.)

  • Expedited: 1–3 business days

  • Freight/Bulk: Varies based on carrier and destination

 

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or supply chain disruptions.

 

 

5. Tracking & Notifications

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. For bulk or freight shipments, our team will provide status updates and delivery coordination.

 

 

6. International Shipping

 

Currently, Protego Supply ships within the United States. For international or APO/FPO orders, please contact our team to discuss options.

 

 

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

 

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

 

  1. Notify us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date if lost).

  2. Provide photos of any damage if applicable.

  3. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund.
